Pandora Sawgrass Mills Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our world‑class team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will support the Store Manager, engage customers on the sales floor, and help drive store sales while upholding Pandora’s brand standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment, strong communication, and the ability to coach a sales team. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

About The Team

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the ASM you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to the Store Manager, instrumental to the delivery of our success in store. Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.

$23.50 per hour-$29.40 per hour commensurate with experience
