Job summary

Carter's in Corona, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional service to growing families. You will help customers find the right baby essentials and foster a welcoming store environment.

You will assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching staff, planning merchandising and promotions, and monitoring KPIs to drive results. The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays with at least two closing shifts weekly.

• Execute workforce management to focus on customer service on the sales floor.
