Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor in California to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver a premier customer experience. You'll lead the team, coach associates, and help maintain store standards while ensuring payroll and coverage align with business goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Meet store sales goals while supporting individual targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
  • Set an example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
  • Build client relationships and drive store sales through brand excitement.
  • Assist with training, coaching, developing, and motivating associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.
  • Lead the store team and serve as the expert on company culture, store operations, and policies & procedures.
  • Manage payroll, ensuring goals are met within established guidelines and coverage meets business needs.
  • Execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, communicating information to the store team and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
  • Communicate with the Store Manager regarding employee relations, day‑to‑day operations, compliance matters, and personal skill development goals.
  • Represent the brand and ensure team members embody the brand in all interactions.
  • Follow Loss Prevention policies and assist with financial/sales audits and inventories to protect the store from shortages.

Job description

Position Summary

The incumbent assists the Store Manager with all aspects of day‑to‑day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, profits, and maintaining store standards. In the absence of the Store Manager, the supervisor manages all store personnel, implements and enforces company policies and procedures, and establishes control‑related standards. The Store Management Team’s key role is to ensure the highest level of customer engagement and to achieve sales results. The Sales Supervisor assists the Store Manager with all aspects of day‑to‑day operations, including driving sales, providing an exceptional customer experience, and coaching and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

Education and Experience
  • 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Special Physical And/or Mental Requirements
  • Repetitive hand motion while operating cash register or computer.
  • Regular public interaction in a crowded and noisy store environment.
  • Standing required for entire work shift.
  • Operate office equipment such as computers, phones, fax, scanner, and copier.
  • Work weekend and night shifts.
  • Climb ladders as needed.
  • Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.

Salary: $28 - $32/hr.
