Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cedar Park, TX, responsible for supporting overall store operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role assists in leading and coaching the store team to meet sales goals, uphold Sephora’s service standards, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment. Daily tasks include overseeing floor activities, supporting product merchandising, monitoring inventory, and helping ensure adherence to retail loss prevention and safety procedures. The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to drive client satisfaction, resolve issues, and support staff development through feedback, training, and performance support. This role also helps implement company initiatives, analyzes store performance metrics, and contributes to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
