Job summary

Marion Goodwill Industries in Bucyrus, OH, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise a team, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding donor and customer experience.

You will hire, onboard, train, and coach staff, maintain safety and policies, monitor performance data, and contribute to a mission-driven organization that funds job training and community programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly

Responsibilities
