Job summary

BeMobile, Inc is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to develop people, drive results, and create exceptional customer experiences. You’ll support store success, mentor teammates, and help maintain a positive environment where employees and customers thrive.

You’ll lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and help manage cash, inventory, and store operations while collaborating with the Store Leader and district initiatives to crush goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with schedule provided four weeks in advance.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience, wireless or technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, helping customers find wireless solutions while coaching your team to deliver the BeMobile Sales Process.
• Coach and develop the team in real time, asking powerful questions and guiding conversations for confidence and growth.
• Proactively connect with customers through outreach tools and campaigns to drive traffic, loyalty, and referrals.
• Elevate the customer experience by resolving escalations and tracking feedback for a memorable 5-star impression.
• Manage cash and inventory with precision, including transactions, promotions, device security, and inventory controls.
• Keep store operations running smoothly by handling HR tasks, inventory counts, community involvement, and compliance, supporting the Store Leader and district initiatives.
• Serve as the bridge between sales partners and leadership to empower growth and achieve goals.

Total Compensation

Assistant Store Leaders who consistently meet or exceed sales goals typically earn $30–$35+/hour in total compensation (base pay + commission), with many earning $60,000+ in their first year.

What we’re looking for

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your schedule will be provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.

• Proven ability to drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed goals.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging conversations, build trust, and influence positive outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
