Job summary

AT&T in Arlington, Texas is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, develop the team, and drive exceptional customer experiences across our products and services.

You will partner with a store manager, contribute to merchandising, product launches, and promotional activities, and you’ll gain leadership training and a path to higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
• Inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. You’ll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $53,200.00 - $79,800.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
