Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• 2+ years in an Assistant Store Manager or Co-Manager role preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move products and fixtures up to 50 lbs.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to build a team that delivers results through providing an amazing customer experience. You also share the responsibility to execute all store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

As the Assistant Store Manager you will:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Minimum 2 years in an Assistant Store Manager or Co-Manager role in a similar business (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and exceeding statistical targets.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 50 lbs. as needed.
