Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Abilene, TX, to lead store operations in partnership with the store manager. You will mentor a team of retail sales consultants, drive merchandising, and support product launches to meet and exceed sales goals.

The role features extensive training, coaching responsibilities, and opportunities to influence store performance and customer experience. Expect full-time hours and onsite work in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $42,800.00 - $64,200.00 + commission $18,000.
