Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.
• Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge sharing.
• Drive visual excellence by elevating design, managing floor sets and window displays, and maintaining brand aesthetics.
• Coach and develop associates, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment.
• Plan and execute store operations such as opening/closing procedures, replenishment, and loss prevention practices.
