Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations with a focus on Operational Excellence and ensure processes, systems, and standards are executed efficiently.
• Oversee all Back of House operations including shipment, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability; flag concerns and partner on real-time solutions.
• Own damage processing, returns, and inventory-related responsibilities with an excellence lens.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, and technology; report service requests with urgency.
• Ensure training on policies, safety, and loss prevention; lead with calm, focused leadership in high-pressure moments.
• Deliver strong floor leadership during peak hours, modeling Customer Obsessed behaviors.
• Lead team training on fit, function, and product knowledge for excellent customer service.
• Train and coach on visual standards and product placement to stay on-brand and responsive to trends.
• Use store reporting tools/data to support inventory excellence and KPI goals.
• Communicate with Store Leader and HQ; share feedback on allocation, product flow, and customer data.
• Support floor sets, store actions, and operational priorities aligned with company initiatives.
• Be adaptable across zones, learning agility, and receptive to feedback.
• Inspire teammates with clear, respectful communication and a culture of trust.

• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability. Flag any concerns to leadership and partner on real time solutions

• Maintain and manage all store supplies, equipment, and technology, ensuring proper function and reporting any service requests with urgency

• Communicate regularly with the Store Leader and HQ team, share feedback on allocation, product flow, and customer data

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
