Altar'd State at 212 - Rosedale Center, Roseville, MN, is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations to drive guest service, sales, and merchandising excellence. You will lead with the Store Leader to optimize scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention while developing a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management experience; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
