Altar’d State is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations in Ann Arbor, MI. This role supports the Store Leader, drives sales, manages expenses, and ensures a clean, well-maintained store environment.

You will motivate associates, model service standards, and oversee merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention. The position requires at least 1 year of retail management experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

You will provide guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
