Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store.

You will recruit, train, and develop a diverse team that builds authentic relationships with guests in every interaction. You will drive sales, model service excellence, and lead the team to meet guest experience goals while actively supporting the Mission Monday initiative in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and ability to engage with guests.
• Proven leadership in hospitality or retail with focus on guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
