Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader in Overland Park, KS. You will hire, train, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and meeting goals.

You will manage the Mission Monday program, ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, and maintain high standards for service, appearance, and operations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and retail/hospitality leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests.
• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with knowledge in leadership including guest satisfaction and employee relations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
