Coborn's, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Director in Minnesota to partner with the Store Director and direct daily store operations. You will drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure guest service goals are met while upholding Coborn's values.

You will inspire your team by providing the tools they need to succeed, set standards by example, and lead initiatives in merchandising, health and safety, and training development across the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Director to organize and direct store activities.
• Ensure store sales, profit, expense, and guest service goals are met.
• Inspire the team by providing tools they need to succeed and setting standards by example.
• Execute Coborn's, Inc. vision, mission, and values in operations, guest service, merchandising, health/safety, and training.
