Job Responsibilities

• Provide backup and support to the Station Manager, including customer service, handling complaints, and setting an example for staff.
• Assist with managing cash, inventory, fuel, and pricing updates.
• Ensure the station and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and appealing.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist in training, developing, and managing station employees.
• Maintain effective communication with management.
• Participate in security measures and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 pounds), reaching, bending, and climbing as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant sectors.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to work on-call and during irregular hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 21 (IL) / 18 (WI) or older where law requires for alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses for alcohol sales where applicable.
