Job summary

Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races seeks an experienced horse handler focused on the starting gate. The role involves loading and managing horses before races, plus assisting in mornings with schooling and gate setup.

The job is extremely specialized and prior horse experience is required as well as being able to handle the heavy physical aspects of the position.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must be eligible to hold a West Virginia Racing Commission license.

Work Environment

Must be able to work as a team player. Required to work in year round weather conditions. Uniforms are provided. Must be 21 years of age.
