Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced contracts administrator to provide operational and strategic support for IFM clients and internal teams. You will manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, onboard vendors in Aravo, and generate critical reports to support leadership decisions.
The role requires a BA/BS or 2–6 years in contracts administration or vendor management, with proficiency in Jaggaer, Aravo, and Corrigo.
Provide operational and strategic support for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) clients and internal stakeholders related to contract administration, vendor management, and sourcing operations. This role executes essential contracting activities while contributing to optimization of JLL managed services operations. You will develop expertise in sourcing operations and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across multiple systems and processes. This position offers meaningful exposure to strategic sourcing functions and direct contribution to client satisfaction through efficient contract and vendor lifecycle management.
