Job Summary
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Retreat Director position are designed to assist the Retreat Director in exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Assist the Retreat Director in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, including driving revenue and profitability, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to brand systems and processes.
· Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent.
· Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team.
· Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and set an example for your team.
· Manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations.
· Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual and team goals; create plans and take action to meet and exceed goals.
· Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal and team goals.
Qualifications
· At least 1-year face-to-face sales or retail management experience.
· Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
· Ability to develop positive relationships with employees for coaching and mentoring with discipline.
· Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
· Basic business math skills.
