Located in the heart of northeast Iowa, Fayette is a small town with a big sense of community. It is the kind of place where people know your name, support one another, and genuinely care about the success of our students and student-athletes. Whether it's local businesses supporting the university, fans showing up to games, or the relationships you build across campus, Fayette offers an environment where coaches can make a real impact both on and off the field. At Upper Iowa University, we pride ourselves on our close-knit campus, small class sizes, and a culture that puts students first. Our coaches work closely with faculty and staff to help student-athletes succeed academically, athletically, and personally. As the only NCAA Division II softball program in Iowa competing in the GLVC, we’re building a program centered on hard work, accountability, player development, and a family atmosphere. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Softball Coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes and helping build a championship culture. Preference will be given to candidates with experience coaching hitting and infield, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
