Job Description

Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for Assistant site Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Activities
• Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors
• Enforce safety
• Site visits
• Prepare daily reports
• Cost control
• RFI’s
• Change orders
• Value Engineering

Qualifications

• Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 2 projects in the range of $5 million to $10 million
• Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training
• Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications
• Must have federal or public work experience
• School construction experience a plus
• Computer Skills: email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering is a plus.
