Job summary

Gibson Recruitment Limited has an exciting permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join a leading housebuilder on a new build housing development in Edinburgh. You will support the Site Manager and Construction Manager to deliver the project on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ experience at Assistant Site Manager level, be assertive to drive delivery, and possess knowledge of the construction trade and

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as Assistant Site Manager.
• Experience with reputable housebuilders.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager to coordinate trades, direct labour, and materials to meet the production programme.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced with clear guidelines and receives training and workload management support.
