Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to help run our fast-paced car wash location. You will support the site manager in daily operations and customer service excellence, while actively driving sales of unlimited wash packages and related products.

We value leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train and coach teammates. The role requires weekend availability and physical stamina to stand and lift as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT skills including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations and customer service exceed expectations.
• Focus sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to customers.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members.
• Close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.

You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
