Express Wash Concepts is hiring an Assistant Site Manager at our Dayton region location. You will support the site manager to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer care, and achievement of monthly sales goals. You’ll upsell unlimited car wash packages and related products while guiding team performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

• Address customer escalations calmly and promptly.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.

You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
