Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Cincinnati to oversee daily store operations, engage customers, and drive sales at a busy car wash location. You will lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires 1+ year of leadership, 2+ years in customer service, and familiarity with POS and Office tools. Competitive hourly pay and incentives, plus benefits and growth opportunities, are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Basic IT skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.

Your Role

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the site manager to ensure the store is operating and exceeding customer service needs. • Present professional image according to appearance guidelines.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
• Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
