Tsunami Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and drive daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, sales growth, and teamwork to achieve site KPIs.

You’ll manage responsibilities across operations, safety, and customer experience, with opportunities for career growth and dynamic scheduling. This role is based on-site at a car wash facility with outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines.

• Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.
