Whistle Express in Southport, NC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work with the Site Manager, developing the team, owning the guest experience, and solving problems in real time.

• Onboarding and training of new team members on values, procedures, and role expectations.

• Assisting with scheduling and shift management for adequate staffing.

• Identifying training needs and coordinating development opportunities.
• Greet customers warmly and explain services and memberships clearly.
• Addressing customer concerns promptly or escalating as needed.
• Promoting unlimited wash memberships and other services to boost engagement.
• Daily equipment checks and reporting issues to Site Leader.
• Supporting site safety and routine cleaning/maintenance.
• Monitoring inventory and restocking as needed.
• Upselling services to reach site sales goals.
