Doordashusa in Sharon Hill, Delaware County seeks a leader to manage a local warehouse operations team. You will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality, and creating an inclusive and safety-first culture.

DashMart is a local‑fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality.
In this role, you’ll work within a 5‑15k sq ft distribution center, assist in leading the local warehouse operating team, prepare food in a light‑prep kitchen in some locations, and help the Site Manager maintain high quality for our customers.
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $56,200 — $82,700 USD.
