Blue Falls Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support daily operations at our Ohio location. You will help maintain wash quality, assist with maintenance, manage inventory, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, fairness in handling issues, and use of performance data to improve productivity. A high school diploma is required, with related experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Repair/maintenance, sales, customer service and branch management operation knowledge and skills are desired.

ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists Site Manager with daily operations.
• Builds a loyal customer base by establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness.
• Listens effectively to understand and communicate in a business-like manner to both customers and employees all pertinent subject matter.
• Presents a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional image to customers.
• In charge of the location’s maintenance (maintain cleanliness of sites, equipment maintenance/repair & chemical care and quality of the wash service).
• Maintain accountability for the operations of the car washes (inventory, machine functionality & discount codes).
• Invoices customers using proper procedures for charge & credit.
• Handles customer complaints, employee conflicts and daily operational problems in an even-tempered, fair and consistent manner.
• Learns and understands the performance business data and applies it fairly to daily operations and decisions in effort to increase productivity.
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Responds accurately and on time to all administrative duties and deadlines, including employee scheduling, evaluations, inventory, etc.
• The employee regularly works an average of 45 hours per week.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Functions:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information.
• Frequently moves and lifts up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work and commute in all weather conditions.
• Regularly required to use hands/fingers to operate an access machine or telephone
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers. Regularly bends and crouches to repair car wash equipment.
• Continual standing, moving, and walking for consecutive hours during shift.
• Regularly speaks and listens on the phone and in person, to a customer and fellow employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Repair/Maintenance, Sales, Customer Service and branch management operation knowledge and skills are desired.
