Tsunami Express Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach a team, and support daily operations at our Wisconsin locations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and help achieve site goals while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do As An Assistant Manager

• Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer service
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
• Support daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficiently
• Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines
• Stay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growth
• Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
