Job summary

Tsunami Express Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure top-quality washes, and provide exceptional customer service. You will guide the team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced setting.

You will also mentor staff, maintain safety standards, stay up-to-date on promotions, and help reach site KPIs while performing physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in a service industry.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong focus on safety procedures and quality standards.
• Knowledge of promotions and upselling is a plus.
