BLISS Car Wash is growing and looking for an energetic, smiling Assistant Site Manager.

Job Details:
  • BLISS Car Wash - $750 Sign-on Bonus.
  • Base $17.00-$20.00 per hour, plus commission and incentives.

The Assistant Site Manager has an outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for customer care. The Assistant Site Manager is accountable for ensuring a positive experience for guests as well as providing a safe, positive working environment for employees.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Manage site staff and maintain a clean, efficient site.
  • Assist with daily paperwork in the manager’s absence.
  • Train the team on internal and external programs to provide the best customer experience.
  • Provide daily direction to staff and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with the Site Manager and solve problems proactively.
  • Follow through on-site open/close process to ensure operational readiness.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer care.
  • Provide strong, positive leadership and feedback to the team.
  • Sustain high product knowledge and preparation.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for employees, vendors, and guests.
  • Perform after-hours site cleaning as scheduled.
  • Keep designated work areas clean and organized.
  • Be a team player.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.
  • Notify the manager of any malfunctions.

Non-Essential Job Duties:
  • Perform similar and incidental duties as required by Management.
Job Qualifications:
  • Maintain the highest level of customer care at all times.
  • Adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail environment.
  • Take initiative when problems arise.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and prioritize effectively.
  • Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Improve staff performance through motivation and training.

Leadership Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for dealing with peers and senior management.
  • Ability to lead, support, and contribute to team goals.

Language Skills:
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Communicate operational concerns with Management and co-workers.

Reporting Relationships:
  • Reports to the Site Manager.

Working and Environmental Conditions:
  • Works OUTDOORS with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment, and cleaning solvents.
  • Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions.
  • Noise and vibration exposure.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to operate all related equipment.
