ClearWater Express Wash is seeking a proven leader to direct a Texas-based location. You will guide a team, drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and oversee daily operations to maximize profitability.

You’ll build a strong, safe work environment while mentoring staff, handling cash flow, and collaborating with management on marketing initiatives. Prior leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility, if you've got it.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to learn the ropes.
• Able to work outdoors in changing temperatures and conditions.

Responsibilities
