You will be 2nd in command, coordinating with supervisors and officers to maintain smooth operations across shifts. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in security, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in security leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling, reporting, or workforce coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily security operations to ensure posts are staffed and functioning.
• Coordinate with supervisors and officers to maintain coverage and address needs.
• Monitor communications and respond to priorities, changes, and escalations.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and workforce planning.
• Reinforce adherence to post orders, safety standards, and professional expectations.
• Support access control processes and help resolve site access issues.
• Ensure incidents are properly documented and support follow-up investigations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Maintain accountability for security equipment, vehicles, and resources.
• Support coaching, development, and performance management of security personnel.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
