• Ability to follow GMP and company protocols and collaborate with teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Create prototypes and formulations and test lab-scale recipes under supervision.
• Conduct sensory, analytical, and shelf-life testing with Micro and stability teams.
• Scale up pilot and commercial production trials and ensure packaging compatibility.
