Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids Dripping Springs is hiring a Salon Assistant Manager - Stylist/Barber to lead a team of stylists serving children. You will work closely with the Salon Manager on daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-energy, kid-friendly service.

The role requires licensed styling or barbering credentials, weekend availability, and a passion for leadership growth in a fun, family-oriented environment. Competitive pay and opportunities to advance are offered.

Full-Time | must be avialble to work Friday – Sunday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

$28 - $35 / hour (including daily tips and commission!)

As our Assistant Manager & Lead Stylist/Barber, you will team up with our Salon Manager to keep the daily magic alive:

• Snip & Style: Bring your strong technical hair-cutting and barbering skills directly to our cool little clients.
• Lead by Example: Mentor, inspire, and lift up your team of stylists every day.
• Build the Dream Team: Help us hire, train, and retain top-tier talent who share our positive vibes.
• Oversee Operations: Keep daily salon flow smooth, organized, and filled with high energy.
• Client Champion: Spread the word to new customers and handle any tricky situation with grace, professionalism, and a big smile.
