The role blends hands-on hair cutting with daily salon operations, backed by the world’s largest salon brand’s marketing and systems. Applicants should have a Cosmetology/Barber license and a team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements vary).
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
