Job summary

Great Clips in Springfield, IL is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to help run a busy salon, cut hair when needed, and mentor a team of stylists. You will support daily operations, scheduling, and store performance while delivering Great Clips standard of service.

You’ll bring a valid Cosmetology or Barber license, strong customer service skills, and a team-first mindset to grow into leadership opportunities within a well-known brand.
