Great Clips is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in the Shawnee, KS area to lead and support a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair. This role offers a path to leadership through our management program and a chance to grow your responsibilities beyond the chair.

You’ll mentor teammates, ensure high standards of service, and help the salon run smoothly with strong organization and communication. Great Clips University provides ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements)
