Job summary

Great Clips is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Santa Cruz to lead daily operations while continuing to cut hair and provide outstanding service. You’ll support a busy team, mentor stylists, and help deliver a top-quality guest experience in a locally owned salon.

You’ll earn base pay of $22–$24 per hour with tips bringing many stylists to $35–$40 per hour, with opportunities for advancement into management through Great Clips University and structured development.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license (state/province vary).
• Strong technical haircutting skills and customer service.
