Job summary

Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Ohio. You will continue cutting hair while supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. You’ll lead by example, mentor stylists, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

This role blends hands-on styling with people leadership and operational duties, with opportunities for advancement into management as you grow your leadership skills and contribute to salon success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state dependent).
