Great Clips is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to join our locally owned salon team in Omaha. You’ll work closely with the Salon Manager to coach the team, deliver a welcoming guest experience, and help the salon succeed while continuing to cut hair.

This role blends hands-on haircutting with daily salon operations, training, and people leadership. We offer Great Clips University training, flexible scheduling where available, and opportunities for promotions to management.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License required (state variations).
• Experience leading a team and coaching staff is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and a team-first mindset is important.
