Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for an entry-level sales role at our Laguna Niguel location. You will help customers, promote memberships, and participate in fun sales contests while growing with a team that values a lively work environment.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with a clear path to training and growth through leadership programs, daily goal tracking, and bonus opportunities as you excel in customer service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for 7 hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist training new hire sales associates.
• Educate customers on tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business operations.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales trainings.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Assists with daily store manager admin work
• Assists with training new hire sales associates
• Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
