Job summary

Great Clips is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in North Carolina to support daily salon operations while continuing to cut hair. You will work with a team to deliver exceptional service, drive a positive environment, and help the salon run smoothly.

The role combines cutting hair with leadership responsibilities, offering growth opportunities within the world’s largest salon brand. Great Clips University provides ongoing coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License required (varies by state).
