SmartStyle Hair Salon in Alexandria, LA seeks an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional service. You will assist the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction across the full range of hair services.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with evenings/weekends required. Training and commission-based incentives enhance earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license (Required).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.

• Communicate effectively with salon team, peers, supervisors, Wal-Mart staff, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
• The position may require working alone in the salon.
