SmartStyle Hair Salon in Pace, FL is hiring an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service. You will support the Salon Leader, deliver full hair services, and help grow the business while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires a valid cosmetology license, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training and growth opportunities are provided within the YSG network.

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.

As An Assistant Salon Leader

You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. The Assistant Salon Leader is responsible for assisting the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing the full range of hair care services to clients.
• Demonstrate strong technical ability.
• Consistently exhibit and develop technical competence.
• Ensure salon team provides exceptional customer service
• Help market the salon and grow the business
• Ensure the salon schedules meet the needs of the business
• Manage and control expenses
• Complete required administrative tasks
• Lead team to accomplish sales goals
• Achieve personal productivity goals
• Lead through YSG vision & mission statement

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
• The position may require working alone in the salon.
