Silver Eagle Beverages Llc is seeking a Route Sales representative in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on using proven sales tools to pull routes that meet team sales goals and merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are effectively positioned.

The candidate will close sales through displays, new products, and package placements while following supplier policies and TABC guidelines. Requires delivery driving, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two years beverage Direct Store Delivery experience.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's license.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL.
• Reliable personal vehicle with proof of liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Use sales tools and training to assess store needs and maintain stocked inventory.
• Close sales by soliciting displays, new products, and package placements.
• Follow equity agreements and supplier contract policies.
• Build displays, install POS, and set pricing per retailer rules.
• Communicate with Sales team to ensure sales closures and strong customer relations.

Position Summary: Uses proven sales tools and techniques when pulling routes to achieve Team sales goals. Ensures the effective merchandising of all products in accordance with Corporate Merchandising Policy/Handbook.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Uses sales tools and training to take adequate inventory in order to make proper recommendations of each account’s product needs and to maintain properly stocked inventory levels.Uses SEBev training to close sales solicitation of displays, new products and packages, draught placements, shelf facings, POS, and price points.Follows and enforces Anheuser Busch equity agreement and other supplier contract Code Date policies.Follows corporate Sales and Merchandising Standards guidelines to ensure the merchandising of all corporate products including restocking to avoid out-of-stock, making minor legal space adjustments, building displays, installing, placing and providing P.O.S. and pricing product as allowed by retailers.Provides effective communication with all Sales personnel to ensure closure of sales, maintaining good customer relations and a decisive competitive edge in order to maximize sales.Notifies Area Sales Manager of all pertinent changes in the retail trade to include: file maintenance, license updates, route scheduling, competitive activity, and other requirements required by management.Performs other duties as assigned.High School Diploma or GED equivalentTwo years of previous beverage experience (Direct Store Delivery)Previous experience working with mobility/M360Good communication skillsValid Texas Class C Driver’s licenseAble to obtain and maintain a class A-CDL.Must have dependable personal vehicle to perform assigned work for Silver Eagle with proof of liability insurance.Driving record within MVR policy guidelines. - No license revocation, suspension, DUI/DWI, careless or reckless driving.Mechanically inclined, able to follow verbal and written instruction.Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry an average of 35 lbs. consistently throughout the day.Must handle alcohol and work within T.A.B.C Guidelines.
