Job summary

Underground Printing (UGP) is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to join a fast-paced sales team. This in-person role reports to the Sales Manager and involves coordinating with team members, handling urgent action items, and driving local sales growth.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree, has excellent writing and verbal communication abilities, and brings prior sales experience. We offer a fixed schedule, performance bonuses, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with 4% match.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Very strong typing speed and high organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Gmail and standard cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote UGP's core values and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Convert quotes to leads and orders, coordinating with marketing.
• Communicate sales and store information to the Sales Manager promptly.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to assess needs.
• Assist in coverage and support during non-work hours when needed.
• Participate in local events and drive sales at opportunities.
