Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will help manage operations, staffing, training, and merchandising while driving sales, meeting performance goals, and maintaining a welcoming, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field, preferably in wireless retail.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.

Qualifications

My Wireless requires the following Qualifications to be considered for the role of a My Wireless Assistant Retail Store Manager:

• Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
